Showcasing Hot Isostatic Pressing – DSEI2025 – Stand S2-165
Hot Isostatic Pressing will be the highlight of the stand. Due to demand from customers across Europe and beyond, Wallwork brought forward a £10 million investment in a second Quintus Technologies hot isostatic press. Making £20 million invested since 2023 in HIP alone. Other core services across the group have also been expanded. The additional HIP will be operational soon and provides greater capacity and flexibility in component loading.
Fully ITAR compliant and holding Nadcap, EN9100, and multiple aerospace prime approvals, Wallwork is a trusted partner to global defence OEMs and tier suppliers. Rigorous quality systems and technical excellence ensure compliance with the most demanding defence standards. Wallwork treats components used in programmes across all military spheres – air force, land army and naval applications – supporting everything from engines to structural parts and specialist discrete components.
“We understand the precision and reliability our defence clients demand,” explains, group sales manager, Howard Maher. “DSEI gives us a unique platform to engage directly with defence programme managers, engineers and procurement teams looking for a 100 percent UK-based capability with international reach, longevity and vast cross-industry experience.”
