Performance, performance and more performance! At Wallwork we understand the need for motor sport components to be as light as possible, as strong as possible and as durable as possible. We are excited to be at PMW Expo 2025 to share our knowledge on booth 2030. Many components perform better with bespoke PVD coating, something our technical teams at our Cambridge centre of excellence are experienced at producing. Our new HIP Centre, equipped with the latest Quintus Technologies hot isostatic presses, can process parts manufactured by powder metallurgy, 3D printed and cast. Ensuring a near-net shape finish to reduce further manufacturing steps and cost.

With over 117 heat treatments, vacuum brazing, plasma nitriding and other thermal processes, we can combine our services into a true on-stop shop for quick order turnaround. Operating from four UK sites with a commercial transport fleet for pick-up and delivery we can respond quickly to the short development cycles common in motor sport.
